How Long can I keep the dumpster?

Our rental period is 3 days. We decided to go with 3 days because we wanted to keep our prices as low as possible. Extra days are $10 per day. 

How high can I fill the dumpster?

Please fill the dumpster to water level. Going over the top of the dumpster makes it harder to tarp and can lead to debris falling out of the dumpster onto the road as we are driving. 

Will the dumpster hurt my driveway?

No, we put the dumpster rollers and front rails on wood, it never actually touches your driveway. 

What can I put in the dumpster?

For household trash rentals, you can put any trash you have laying around your house, garage, attic, basement, or yard. For construction debris rentals, you can put all debris from your remodel, excluding prohibited items. See below for those. 

What are the prohibited items?

We cannot take concrete, dirt, sand, gravel, pavers, shingles (in non-roofing dumpsters,) tires, batteries, items with freon. Please call us at the office if your not sure, we will gladly assist you. 

Do I have to be present for delivery and pickup of the dumpster?

No, we can take payment over the phone and get spotting instructions while order is being placed. We will also send you a copy of our ticket for you to electronically sign. Signing our ticket is a requirement before dumpster is delivered or during delivery. Please make sure the front and side of the dumpster are clear when we come to pick it up.

What areas do you service?

We service Cleveland, Akron, Canton, and all of Northeast Ohio. We service all of these counties: Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Geauga, Portage, Summit, and Stark currently.
